There’s nothing quite like holiday food! It truly brings people together. From holiday ham to homemade cookies, holiday food grows connection and often our waistlines too. Here are some favorite holiday snacks from the staff at The Lights of Christmas.

Italian Christmas Cookies– “My favorites are Italian Christmas Cookies and ‘Reindeer Chow’ which is a sweet Chex-mix.” Kayla Castiglione, Director of The Lights of Christmas

Egg Nog– “Homemade Egg Nog Milk Shake YUM YUM!” Eugene Barnes, General Manager at Warm Beach Camp

Chex Mix– “I love Chex mix because of the variety of goodies that are in them.” Kristine Campbell, Volunteer at Warm Beach Camp

Buck Eyes– “Buckeyes! My aunt made them every Christmas and every Christmas I made myself sick eating them.” Jessica Wilson, Development Director at Warm Beach Camp Ministries

Cinnamon Rolls– “Egg nog and Cinnamon rolls!” Laurie Fertello, Creative Director of The Lights of Christmas

Chocolate Snowflakes– “Chocolate Snowflakes! (Nuts, cornflakes, semisweet chocolate) – because they are YUMMY!” Jeannie Patterson, Gift Manager & Development Communications at Warm Beach Camp Ministries

Fruit & Nuts– “Satsuma seedless mandarin oranges & mixed nuts are my 2 faves!” -Carrie Paulson, Horsemanship Donor Relations at Warm Beach Camp

Fudge– “My own favorite is a particularly smooth dark chocolate fudge. In our family, we call it “Fudge from the Vault” because we’re only allowed to take the recipe out of the safe in December. Access to that knowledge year-round could be hazardous to one’s health!” Judy Lang, Volunteer at Warm Beach Camp

Did you know there are also yummy snacks at The Lights of Christmas? This year hot-fresh-mini donuts and kettlecorn are available for purchase. We wish you happy snacking this Christmas!

The Lights of Christmas is open November 26 through January 8. Advance online admission ticket purchase required. www.TheLightsofChristmas.com
