Share the hope and joy of the Christmas season as a volunteer at The Lights of Christmas, an event of Warm Beach Camp.

Event Volunteer Staff

Be the face of The Lights of Christmas welcoming guests and spreading Christmas cheer! Volunteers are needed for select dates in Nov & Dec 2025. Dinner is provided!

POSITIONS

Traffic Control/Parking (Most Needed)
Toy Shop Assistants
Donut Distributors
Overnight Security
Costume Character Helpers
Cashiers
Cart Driver
Greeters/Hosts

*Come as an individual, family, or friend-group. For group organizations please see the Service Retreats section. Minimum age is 16 (with some exceptions). Most positions are outdoors and on your feet.

*Are you younger than 16, but still want to volunteer? Have a parent call Tori Raiguel, Volunteer Coordinator, at 360.761.1267.

INFORMATION

Limited positions available for very responsible teens. Contact the Volunteer Coordinator for options.

Overnight accommodations may be available for volunteers coming from out of the area. Limited availability.

Community service hours for students may be available upon request.

Group Volunteer Opportunties

Are you looking for a group service retreat that is fun and meaningful? This is a great opportunity this holiday season!

OVERNIGHT SERVICE RETREAT

For groups of 5-15 adults with a 2-4 night commitment.

Private housing options with group meeting/gathering space
Continental breakfast and hot dinner
Devotions and event briefing with The Lights of Christmas team each afternoon at 4:00pm
Evening volunteer assignments
Most of the day is free for your own programming or social activities
Groups are invited to go off Camp for lunch or bring it in (fridge and microwave are available but not cooking facilities).

Pre-event Setup

Do you enjoy decorating on a grand scale or like putting together scenes and sets?

Join us for Staff & Volunteer Work Days: Stay tuned for 2025 dates.
Special Services Needed: Welder & Cable Installers.
Installation Crew: Assist the setup team Monday-Friday starting August 25, 2025, one or more days as you are available.
