The Lights of Christmas 2016 opens with a “Pay What You Can” night
The Lights of Christmas Festival 2016 opens for the 20th year on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016 at 5pm. Opening night is one of four “Pay What You Can” nights this year, also offered on December 8, 27 and 28. This offer gives the opportunity for guests who cannot afford regular ticket prices to pay what they can. When guests come to the ticket window to purchase Nightly Festival admission on these nights, their amount due will be tallied, but they only pay what they can.
“Pay What You Can nights are about creating opportunity for everyone in the community to experience the wonder of The Lights of Christmas regardless of their ability to pay,” says Loren Isaac, Event Director.
The Lights of Christmas is the largest holiday festival event in the Pacific Northwest with over one million lights, live entertainment stages, children’s activities, gift shops, food and more.
The “Pay What You Can” special is only offered on December 1, 8, 27 and 28, 2016 for Nightly Festival admission tickets. Overnight accommodations and Dinner/Dessert Theatre are still available at normal prices, advanced reservations required.
