Help us transform the grounds into a Christmas wonderland

Are you one of those spirit-filled people who look forward to Thanksgiving, knowing that the day after, the Christmas season starts? Christmas trees go up, lights are hung, and holiday music fills the air. At The Lights of Christmas, we love the excitement and laughter as we decorate rooms, hang more lights, and finish light displays during Thanksgiving Working Weekend.

Folks from around the region come to Warm Beach Camp to help us get everything ready for The Lights of Christmas. Families, social clubs, church groups, and individuals are all welcome to participate. There are indoor and outdoor projects of all types. It really is the best time you can have volunteering! You get to spend quality time with family and friends, meet new people, participate in transforming the grounds into a Christmas wonderland, and join us for yummy meals.

Volunteers can come for one day, overnight, or for the whole weekend. Friday and Saturday are the actual work days. Volunteers are invited to arrive Thursday night for a dessert potluck and fellowship before the work activities begin. And on Sunday, you can enjoy a breakfast buffet and participate in the weekend’s worship service.
